If you are reading this, you probably have a product that deserves a market you are not in yet. I know that position well. I have stood in it myself, more than once.

I grew up in La Rochelle, on the Atlantic coast of France. I did not study business: I studied art history and archaeology, how civilisations are built, how they meet and how they trade. It taught me to read a culture before trying to sell to it.

Then I left. New Zealand first, where I worked in hospitality and learned to build relationships far from home, starting from nobody. Then India, where I joined my father-in-law’s factory. That is where I learned business development, side by side with manufacturers, engineers, entrepreneurs and international partners.

Along the way I kept seeing the same thing: excellent products, ambitious teams, and an expansion that stalls because strategy, visibility, pipeline and execution never meet. Not for lack of advice. For lack of someone on the ground.

That is why I created Ad Astra. I do not send you a report: I represent you, in your name, in the market you want to enter, whether you are an Indian brand heading to Europe or a European brand coming to India. You are the one who grows there. My job is to walk the road with you until you do.
